Agentic AI Architecture

The Ryan Group’s Agentic AI Architecture

Connecting Intelligence, Knowledge, and Organizational Resources

From Information to Intelligence. From Intelligence to Action.

The Ryan Group (RGi) is developing an integrated Agentic AI architecture designed to transform how organizations access knowledge, interpret information, make decisions, and execute strategic initiatives.

At the center of this architecture are three interconnected capabilities: the Agentic Interface, Semantic Layer, and Data Mapping. Together, they create a structured environment in which organizational knowledge, proprietary resources, and business information can be accessed, interpreted, connected, and applied through an intelligent, conversational experience.

This architecture represents a progression beyond traditional information retrieval. It is designed to connect what an organization knows with what it needs to understand, decide, and accomplish.

Three Integrated Capabilities

01 | Agentic Interface

The Conversational Gateway to Intelligence

The Agentic Interface provides the user-facing point of interaction with RGi's knowledge, intelligence, and organizational resources.

Through conversational input, users can ask questions, explore complex subjects, examine organizational challenges, request analyses, and initiate structured workflows. The interface is designed to move beyond simple question-and-answer exchanges toward an interactive experience that supports reasoning, analysis, problem-solving, and decision preparation.

02 | Semantic Layer

The Intelligence and Meaning Architecture

The Semantic Layer establishes the structured vocabulary, concepts, relationships, and definitions that enable the system to interpret organizational language and understand the context of a request.

RGi's Semantic Layer has been developed with 96 domains and 6,519 terms, creating a broad knowledge structure for organizing concepts across organizational effectiveness, leadership, strategy, performance, technology, and other areas.

This layer helps connect terminology with meaning, allowing questions and information to be interpreted within a consistent conceptual framework.

03 | Data Mapping

The Connection Between Meaning and Resources

Data Mapping connects the Semantic Layer's domains and terms to the information, methodologies, intellectual property, and other resources that support the system.

By establishing relationships between concepts and source materials, Data Mapping provides a structured pathway for locating relevant information and connecting user requests with the resources that can inform a response.

RGi's Data Mapping includes the Ryan Group's proprietary resources, creating a foundation for applying its accumulated knowledge and intellectual property within an integrated AI environment.

How the Architecture Works Together

The three capabilities function as an integrated system rather than as independent technologies.

A user begins with a question, a challenge, or a desired outcome through the Agentic Interface. The system interprets the request through the Semantic Layer, identifying relevant concepts, terminology, and relationships.

Data Mapping then connects those concepts to the appropriate resources, information, and knowledge assets. The Agentic AI environment can use those connections to assemble relevant information, support analysis, and develop a response aligned with the user's request.

The resulting experience is designed to help users move

from asking questions to understanding situations, evaluating alternatives, and preparing for action.

The RGi Intelligence Pathway

· User Request

· A question, challenge, objective, or desired outcome

· Agentic Interface

· Conversational interaction and task initiation

· Semantic Layer

· Interpretation, context, concepts, and relationships

· Data Mapping

· Connection to relevant information and RGi resources

· Analysis and Intelligence

· Synthesis, interpretation, insights, and decision support

Organizational Application

Better-informed decisions, strategic alignment, problem-solving, and execution.

Transforming RGi's Intellectual Capital into Applied Intelligence

The Ryan Group has developed an extensive body of intellectual capital spanning organizational effectiveness, strategic leadership, decision-making, organizational behavior, performance, professional development, and business transformation.

The Agentic AI architecture provides a foundation for connecting this intellectual capital with the questions, challenges, and objectives organizations face.

Through the integration of the Agentic Interface, Semantic Layer, and Data Mapping, RGi is building an environment in which its methodologies, frameworks, assessments, diagnostic tools, and professional resources can be accessed and applied within a unified experience.

This approach is intended to make RGi's knowledge more accessible, more connected, and more applicable to the situations in which organizations need it.

The opportunity extends beyond retrieving information. It is to create meaningful connections between organizational challenges, established knowledge, relevant evidence, and practical solutions.

From Knowledge to Intelligence. From Intelligence to Organizational Performance.

The future of organizational effectiveness depends not only on the information an organization possesses, but also on its ability to interpret that information, recognize relationships, exercise sound judgment, and translate insight into action.

RGi's Agentic AI architecture is designed to support that progression.

· The Agentic Interface creates a conversational gateway to knowledge and intelligence.

· The Semantic Layer establishes the meaning, structure, and relationships that make knowledge understandable.

· Data Mapping connects that meaning to relevant information, methodologies, and organizational resources.

Together, these capabilities establish a foundation for a more connected, intelligent, and responsive approach to organizational decision-making and performance.

The Ryan Group

Connecting Knowledge. Enabling Intelligence. Advancing Organizational Performance.

Through the integration of psychology, strategy, technology, innovation, and applied intelligence, the Ryan Group is building toward a future in which organizational knowledge becomes a more accessible and actionable resource for leadership, transformation, and sustained performance.
